1. Qualification requirements
Basic business qualifications
Obtain a business license (specifying production scope), tax registration certificate, and complete legal person registration.
If producing food grade or medical grade silicone products, a specific industry production license (such as a food production license) needs to be applied for.
Environmental and safety qualifications
Through environmental inspection, ensure that wastewater and exhaust emissions meet the standards and comply with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Law.
Establish a safety production management system and obtain safety production certifications such as fire safety and occupational health.
Quality Management Certification
ISO 9001 quality management system certification is required to ensure that the product meets national or industry standards (such as temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of silicone products).
2. Technical conditions
Raw material and process control
Silicone raw material requirements: High purity silicone rubber should be selected, and fillers or vulcanizing agents should be added according to the application scenario to ensure weather resistance, electrical insulation and other properties.
Molding process: It is necessary to have the ability to make precision molds, control flowability to ensure dimensional accuracy (within ± 0.1mm), and optimize surface treatment to avoid bubbles and blemishes.
Production equipment and processes
Equipped with core equipment such as extruders, calenders, vulcanizers, etc., to meet the processing needs of products such as silicone tubes and silicone sheets.
Maintain a high-temperature molding environment (150-205 ℃) to ensure that the liquid silicone gel is fully cured and improve the bonding performance of the encapsulation process.
Inspection and Quality Control
Establish physical performance testing (such as strength and toughness) and chemical stability testing (corrosion resistance) process.
Configure mold inspection equipment to monitor the overall quality of finished products, including appearance and dimensional accuracy.
3. Other requirements
Environmental friendliness: Optimize production processes to reduce energy consumption, minimize pollution emissions, and promote green manufacturing.
Personnel skills: Professional technical personnel are required to manage equipment and process documents, and operators need to receive standardized training.
By combining compliance qualifications with strict technical conditions, silicone factories can ensure product quality, safety, and market competitiveness.
